Vector Control for Environmental Health Professionals (VCEHP)
Welcome to VCEHP, the Vector Control for Environmental Health Professionals learning series from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and partners. To get started, create a new account by clicking the corresponding link on the right side of this webpage. Complete all required fields on the registration form and submit it for approval.
With VCEHP, CDCʹs popular in-person vector control training is now updated and made available online. VCEHP contains 11 online courses and emphasizes the use of integrated pest management (IPM) to address public health pests and vectors that spread diseases, including Zika virus and others.

Looking for Zika Training?
VCEHP includes several courses particularly helpful for understanding and addressing Zika virus and other mosquito-borne diseases. Recommended courses include 101, 102, 103, 105, 106, and 110.
Who Created VCEHP?
Several groups and individuals worked together to create this learning series. CDCʹs National Center for Environmental Health collaborated with the National Network of Public Health Institutes, Texas Health Institute, Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, National Environmental Health Association, and additional subject-matter experts in vector control and pest management.
